Mark Hemmerle Elected Trustee of the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA)
The International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) recently announced that Vantiv Entertainment Solution's Vice President of Legal & Compliance, Mark Hemmerle, was appointed to its Board of Trustees.
Las Vegas, NV — The International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) announced today that at its 2017 Annual Meeting held on Wednesday, October 18, the following individuals were appointed to its Board of Trustees, effective immediately:
- Mark A. Clayton, Shareholder and Global Gaming Practice Co-Chair, Greenberg Traurig
- Christopher Grippa, Partner, Ernst & Young
- Mark Hemmerle, Vice President of Legal & Compliance, Worldpay Gaming
- Jeremy P. Kleiman, Member, Saiber
- Rui Pinto Proença, Partner, MdME
As per the Association’s Bylaws, each new Trustee was appointed to a three year term and is eligible for one (1) three year second term.

I look forward to taking the reins from Michael on November 1 and continuing to build on the initiatives and accomplishments he and his predecessors have put in place.”
Mark Hemmerle is Vantiv Entertainment Solution's Vice President of Legal & Compliance where his responsibilities include contractual matters and evaluating companies’ proposed gaming models, especially those in on-line and mobile markets, to ensure the operations and offerings comport with existing state and federal laws and regulations, as well as payment industry requirements. Mark joined VES in 2014. Prior to VES, Mark spent more than 15 years in the casino industry as a General Manager, General Counsel and Assistant General Manager for several casinos in the mid-west. Most recently he was General Manager for Indiana Live! Casino responsible for the opening and operation of both its temporary and permanent facilities.
